Long raincoat - shorter length
The Barrie x Mackintosh coat is designed to be worn long; however, to suit all body types, it is available here in a shorter version, shortened by 13cm.
This coat revisits the classic Mackintosh all while incorporating Barrie's iconic codes. Crafted from waterproof coated cotton, it is lined with a cashmere and wool knit, offering both technical protection and exceptional comfort. The fluid cut, structured by a shoulder line offset towards the back - a signature of the Barrie House - give this coat a modern and elegant allure.
This unisex trench coat with its understated cut, faithful to the Scottish spirit, is designed to be rainproof. Inside the coat, a strip of rubberised tape is hand applied to the cuffs and lower body to prevent water from running up the fabric. Mackintosh's famous waterproof strips, also applied by hand, punctuate the interior with a graphic motif emblematic of the House.
Knitted especially for this collaboration, the removable inner lining is fastened with exclusive metal buttons adorned with the Scottish cross.
A discreet Scottish cross embroidery at the top of the back vent echoes the cross-knit detail on the lining while the cross-shaped eyelets under the sleeves subtly recall the shared roots of the two Scottish Houses. Available in taupe with a light grey or deep black tone-on-tone lining, this piece combines technical expertise with exceptional knitwear.
