The Barrie Candle

BARRIE launches its first scented candle , created by Trudon. Émilie Bouge, perfumer for the Grasse-based house of Robertet, imagined for the Scottish House a scent evoking wild cashmere: “A very textural fragrance, with warm and slightly spicy accents.”

The note is constructed around cashmeran (which gives a very sensual and rich woody scent with hints of musk) along with elements of cedarwood and suggestions of spice (including saffron to evoke the Scottish soil), all underlined with a discreet blend of rose and musk to echo the warm, enveloping feel of cashmere.

The candle is made in France and is available on barrie.com and in the Barrie boutiques in Paris and London.
