From Scotland, with taste
with Dinette Paris
This summer, we've invited a selection of food lovers to share a recipe inspired by Scotland, along with the memories, flavours and traditions that connect them to the country. Good food always starts with a story !
This week, Hannah and Rebecca, the twin sisters behind Dinette (@dinetteparis), are putting their own spin on the cranachan, a classic Scottish dessert. Traditionally, cranachan is made with whipped cream and whisky, and is enjoyed in June to celebrate the raspberry harvest. This version swaps the whisky for a homemade rose syrup, while Greek yoghurt adds extra creaminess and stays true to Dinette's Mediterranean influences.
Dinette is a Paris-based catering company creating bespoke catering experiences for all kinds of events.
